Before placing an order, please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
Custom-made products
Many Aurelle products are custom-made or prepared specifically for your selected vehicle or configuration.
Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or there was an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@Aurelle.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will work with you to resolve the situation by offering a replacement, installation assistance, or a refund if necessary.
Eligibility for returns (if approved)

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Any approved return must be shipped back to our warehouse before a refund can be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Orders returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the delivery, or unpaid import/customs fees are subject to a 35% restocking fee to cover materials and labor.
Installed or used items
Custom or made-to-order products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item arrives in good condition.

Aurelle cannot issue refunds for products damaged during return transit.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Because our products are made to order:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement at no cost.

Requests made between 24–72 hours are subject to a 35% fee to cover materials already prepared.

After 72 hours, orders enter full production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

Custom-made products are exempt from standard distance-selling regulations.

A product is considered defective only if it does not match the vehicle model, material, or design selected in the order (with a measurement tolerance of up to 1 inch).

Aurelle is not responsible for incorrect vehicle details, color selections, or shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
